Privacy - Protecting Your Data We
are committed to protecting your privacy and data. We use the
information we collect about you to process orders and to provide
a more personalised service. We may also use it to tell you
about changes in our services or about special offers we believe
you'll find of interest.

Security Online Our secure server
software (SSL) is the industry standard for secure commerce
transactions.

Delivery and Postage All tickets are posted the next working day. If the event is
fewer than 5 days away or you are based outside of the UK then
your tickets will be kept care of Box Office Sales and must
be collected by showing your payment card and email booking
confirmation.

Terms and Conditions
of Sale of Tickets
- The price of seats is determined by their relative view
of the stage.
- Where a pillar, handrail or other obstruction restricts
your view, this is clearly stated on the ticket.
- Patrons must state discounts they are entitled to at the
time of booking, as they cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Discounts and special offers may be limited or subject
to availability and are at the discretion of the General
Manager.
- Discounts and special offers apply to full price tickets
and only one is allocated per ticket.
- The management reserves the right:
a) to Refuse Admission
b) request a ticket holder to leave the building and to take
any appropriate action to enforce this right.
c) make alterations to the programme or advertised cast as
a result of unforeseen circumstances.
d) request latecomers to wait until a suitable break or interval
in the performance to take their seat.
e) to provide alternative seats to those purchased of the
same or greater value.
- No refunds will be made, other than on
cancellation of the advertised show. In the event
of cancellation of the performance, the theatre will only
be liable for losses that are reasonably foreseeable.
By way of example, meals, travel and accommodation expenses
are not considered reasonably foreseeable.
- Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged for an alternative date of the same production only up to
one week prior to the show's first performance. Tickets
otherwise may not be exchanged or money refunded unless
a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half
the performance has taken place.
- In the event of ticket exchange or cancellation all service,
booking and transaction fees will be retained.
- A ticket resale service is available.
No guarantee can be given that tickets can be resold. If
tickets are resold any proceeds will be refunded after deducting
the theatres 20% service charge.
- The theatre shall not be liable for any loss or damage
[other than personal injury] sustained within its premises
unless due to negligence of the theatre or its employees.
- No smoking is permitted within the theatre
building.
- Video, photographic, sound recording and mobile communication
equipment is forbidden.
All patrons, including children MUST have a seat and an
accompanying ticket.
- For the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our customers,
we do not allow children to sit on customer's laps.
- Generally parents should not attend with children/babies
less than four years of age as the theatre experience is
often unsuitable and may be frightening.
- No dogs [excepting guide dogs] or other
pets are permitted in the auditorium.
- Cups, saucers, glasses and bottles are
also not permitted in the auditorium.
- Patrons are asked to respect other patrons enjoyment of
a performance by switching off digital watch alarms,
silencing mobile phones and pagers and avoiding rustling
sweet wrappers.
- These terms and conditions apply only for tickets purchased
directly via Leeds Grand Theatre, tickets purchased through
other agencies or outlets may be subject to different terms
and conditions. Contact point of purchase for details.

Your Customer Number
Always use your Leeds Grand Theatre Customer number.
By using your Customer number when you book on the telephone
or online you can save time because you do not have to give
your address each time.
Your Customer Number is a unique number that is automatically
assigned to you the first time you book. It can be found
above your name at the top left hand corner of the address details.

Transaction Charges Leeds Grand Theatre ticket transactions
by post, by phone or booked online incur an additional charge
of £2 per transaction as a booking fee. No transaction
charge is made if booking directly in person at the Box Office.
Leeds Grand Theatre Trust is an independent registered charity
operating not-for-profit. It retains only a small percentage
of the ticket price.
