Online Booking Help
Buy your tickets event by event, row by row
for any of our forthcoming events here. Press 'Continue' to
move from screen to screen.
Just fill in the details requested:
1. Select the Event you wish to order your tickets for by pressing
the corresponding button.
2. Select the Date and Time of the event likewise.
3. Select the Area where you wish to sit. Note available seat
prices for that area only will be displayed. Scroll down to
view and book available seats by clicking on consecutive seats
you want a row at a time. A tick will appear against those seats
you select. If you wish to select seats over more than one row
then after you have accepted your first selection proceed to
seperately book the additional seast using the 'Continue Shopping'
function accumulating bookings into your shopping basket.
4. Either accept quantity of seats at full price, or if entitled,
indicate how many seats you are entitled to at discount/concession
price. Ensure total selection equals total number of seats requested.
Entitlement to discounts will be checked before taking up your
seats at the event.
5. Now Accept the offer to be accumulated into your shopping
basket or click 'Remove' to the decline the offer. At this point
you can decide to either select 'Buy Now' or 'Continue Shopping'
for more seats in a different area or row or price range for
the same event or for another event. When you have chosen all
your seats you require proceed to 'Buy Now' where you will see
all you're accumulated bookings in you're shopping basket.
6. Now Login into your account with your password or Register
for the first time with us your full personal details.
7. Pay for your tickets. Most major Credit and Debit Cards
are accepted.
8. Confirm how you wish to receive your tickets for the event:
a. Either via e-mail to you as a PDF Adobe attachment for you
to print off. Then all you have to do is bring the e-tickets
with you to be admitted to your seats. Simple as that!
b. Or if you prefer we can Post you tickets for a small charge
if booked five or more working days before the event date.
c. Or you may Collect them from the Box Office Monday to Saturday
10 a.m. to 7.30p.m. or up to the commencement time of the event,
which ever is the later.
On Sundays the Box Office opens one hour prior to any event.
Seats booked less than 5 days before the event will automatically
held at the Box Office for your collection. Please allow plenty
time for collection especially immediately prior to the event
when long queues of people may form.
9. Whichever dispatch method you select we will e-mail a confirmation
of booking to you which you may wish to print off as record.
